ive got them on mine took 10 mins, just unclip the standard switch cut off the bend and then slide over the new alloy ones then tighten up the allen grub screws (not too tight) re fit switch, do other side and jobs a good un :thumbs:

not butcher .............carefully remove with a hacksaw .....lol
all the joint is coverd under your rubber gaiter
