selling a c16se head, which was pressure tested and skimmed, and had all valves/valve seats re-cut and lapped back in.. all at the same time had a brand new 296degree rally cam new followers and hew lifters.. just the cam kit cost £230 and spent just under £100 on having the head done. has done less than 1000miles since re-build.. this will fit any early nova 8v i.e the 1.3/1.4 sr engine, and will also fit straight on any c14se or c16se. comes with cam carrier and distibutor, so this means that if your running a slightly new DIS engine you can very easily converty to carbs using the suplied dizzy, will even run DIS using you original cam carrier.

if i remember correctly the cam gives a fairly lumpy idle and power comes in from 3000 all the way to past 7500, the last engine the head was on was a 1.4sr bottom end and reved happily past 8500rpm!!!

cost well over £300 to build, looking for £200 can post aswell...
