under the egr valve...

guessing you have removed the SAI valve and pump, attached to the manifold, not the egr.

i would gues it sits under the egr therefore blanking the hole then with the valve being there stil u can wire it back in

(once cleaned it)

and it will say its fine all the time as there is no shit gettin past the blanking plate - thats how i see it anywho?!

Bought direct from vauxhall for £4.00

EGR from an astra coz in europe they dont require the egr valve so they use this plate instead

Its fiddley to get to the egr valve off but once you get it off its simple the blanking plate just replaces the gasket

Karnage Corsa

is it hard to do or is it quite simple mate, I might be interested if I can do it myself

how much m8?

Got my self to stainless steel and an EGR valve gasket so I can make some blanking plates

No more ECU light saying the EGR valve is stuck. Just whip the valve out clean it and put it back but with a blanking plate and it will never get stuck again and you have a bit more power

Any Interest?
