as a painter in a professional insurance approved bodyshop myself i wudnt waste time doing it for so cheap and as far as paint cost's most corsa's arent all clear coated as there 2pak so paint wud only cost bout £25 a ltr meaning 2 ltr's colour 'n' primer
lol for £350 i wud only suggest ud scotch the panels down instead of sanding them flat covering all bits of shit by coating them over in paint meaning shit job but to a person who can only see the gleaming fresh paint and not the hard edges left from poor masking and possibly aload of orange peel

so why do people charge £600+ for a spray that they dont do properly?

If you owned a bodyshop and paint cost you £100, is that how much you'd charge for a re-paint?? Dont think so, £600 is a cheap price, even if it is only exterior, no door shuts etc, do you know whats involved to do a re-paint, takes alot of time.

I agree with you mate, some people on here must smoke crack. Chris if yo can charge £350 I will send all the paint work I get your way and make a killing. I think £600 is also cheap myself. I would be charging nearly £1000 for a respray

Let me get this right...

You want 600 notes for a "full" respray, which does not include under the bonnet or carpets (so it isn't a full respray is it?)

and after I've had it done I can't clean it properly because it will take the rattle can paint off?

quick flat down, no dents filled, quickly masked round arches, handles windows etc and looks good but please do not take it to the jet wash but then saying that prob wont spray car another colour so when it washes off you wont notice!
