yea i wud say that 17's are probz ur best choice if ur going4 looks, 18's will probz b a real pain. with 17's u need 2 lower the car anyway as if its owt like mine it will sit 2 high, corsa off roader ;)

depends on wot u want the car for? looks or handling/performance?

with 18s u will need to modify your arches, and the ride will be a bit harsh on just standard suspension, its gunna need lowering loads to look like a decent height

17s for handling, but tbh mate, i personally wouldnt go over 16"s but they dont look huuuuuuge

and the main diff between 17" and 18" is the tyres, can u afford to replace em and so forth

if you have a 1L and fit 17's it's gonna slow it down, 18's and the granny chariots will be overtaking you.
i went for 16's which are a happy medium.

15's for accelleration, 17's for looks. but the bigger the wheel the heavier it is and the rolling radius increases reducing accelleration.

Depending on how much you lower it determine if 17's will catch, they catch if you put it on coils, dont know about anything else
