Can't help you for places in Newcastle mate. Try the yellow pages for computer shops and just give them a call. Might be worth a try?

Depends on where your way is!

There a little pokey computer shop near sunderlands halfords that does them. £50 when i got mine done.

Just sold my cousin my PS2 but he's asked if I know anywhere that chips them around our way, I dont so I though I'd ask yous lot.
