it was mine engine was sound sold it now tha and the guys put it back up for sale 125quid more than a sold it for

Only real damage it would do is rip the threads in the head if it was a big enough impact.

But even at that,i wouldn't expect it to have.

It cracked because it hit the bulkhead.


I dont see there being any internal damage, it turns over fine by hand.
The chassis done what it was designed to do and took the impact.

The engine coming from a car that's been in a heavy smash to the point that it cracked the inlet manifold. What other issues could there be i.e internally if any?

its the engine out of my XE astra gsi that i sold about 3 weeks ago and the guy crashed it.

was a good running engine when i sold it.
