Cheers Craig, but too much money for me at the mo. Anyway, I really want to do the conversion myself as a project and considering I can get a shell for next to nothing Its not going to cost me even £1000 to do

Yeah, there probably the most common MOT failure on them. Mine passed last time only caus I knew the tester, but It's horrible, Sounds like the axles going to fall off over every bump! This trip will no doubt kill it haha!

That's what I was thinking on doing. I think he would prefer to get rid of the subframe aswell, but If i cant fit it then it'll need to come off. I'll probably end up doing that anyway. Still, my bushes are away at the back as it is lol, so the car will be beaten up bigstyle by the time I get home! lucky its a vectra and cheap to fix.

sounds a good deal on the motor! doesnt take long to get the engine off the subframe though mate.. one mount at the back, 2 balljoints and pull the shafts out! let him keep the subframe as u will prob never use it again!

So u getting the whole car now?
U cant tow a car on a motorway unless its a recovery vehicle etc.
Might have to try hire a truck u can put the whole car onto?

hello all, just new to corsasport. first post, just bought myself a Redtop.
now I'm looking for a corsa to put it in. I got it for £350 Quid for box, loom, ecu, all anciliries, driveshafts, mounts and calibra Hubs and Brakes. and only 50,000miles on it.
What do you think on the price, is it worth it?
Only thing is, gotta drive 300miles to get it.
