hey adam the folks own the damn thing m8 they loaned me the money to get it, i never said i didnt want to keep it, it just looks like crap at times thanx to folk around here damaging it, i just want a car that looks good and mines looks good when it's back to the way i bought it!

why do anything with it if you dont want to keep it? Just seems like a waste of money!

If you want a 300zx (hunk of crap ;)) why not drive your corsa (dont buy a run around... a 1.4 corsa is hardly a non dailt) for another year... save up, and use what you have saved towards insurnace on something you actually want next year!

ok change of plans i have decided against flip paint as folk walk past my car all the time and i've found more scratches on the paintwork and i'm just goin to recondition the old 1.4 8v engine cos a 2.0 litre is gonna skin me alive on insurance thought i could get it cheaper thru my dad any driver but it would work out the same as a car under my own name!

yup i know but i have been having secondthoughts mate i was thinking about spending 6k maximum on a nice 300ZX or 200sx something like that and gettin my dad to insure it any driver over 21 that way i use the old corsa as a runabout :)

good idea but will take a while but dont really matter cos ya gettin A RUN ABOUT.
if poss try not to pay people to do stuff for ya and do as much ya self as ya can to save money

Right i cant sell the car my folks wont let me they reckon i'll just buy another scrapper so this is what i plan to do in the new year

1: Put a 2.0 litre in the old banger (brand new 0miles) have the clocks replaced and reset, along with everything i need bigger brakes (drilled and grooved) stuff like that

2: get anew kit looking at mixing a couple but a carlton automotive veccy GSI lookalike front is a deffinate

3: New paintjob Doing away with the black and getting a nice Lime to blue flip

4: sorting out the interior and replacing existing intrerior with something new fresh and with less burns in the seats!

5: finding all the money to fund this!

what do you think?? it will deffinately happen cos i'm getting a diesel astra for a runabout and my mum or dad's insuring the corsa anydriver over 21!
