All new registrations are checked and placed in a queue and will be approved manually by a member of staff. It is in our interest to grow and expand so we generally want to approve everyone who registers a new account. There are however some reasons why your account will not be approved straight away.

Reasons generally include - offensive names/email addresses, names which are likely to cause confusion or infringe trademark - ie. names that either look affiliated to this web site or other business names, email addresses or IP addresses which are shared with banned members, addresses which are associated with spam or other bad activity and duplicate usernames.

I would sooner deny a genuine person that accept a problem one and emailing me directly will sort the problem. Please bear this in mind if you are angry or confused. It was probably a precaution.

Approvals are usually turned around with 24 hours, often sooner. Please wait that long before emailing to chase up a password that you have not had and before emailing check your spam filter.
