I put electric windows in my GSi, the wiring in the door should just plug into the socket on the side of the door coming from the main wiring loom. Be careful which one you buy because i bought a kit out of a newer (face lift) model and it was different. I got it in but it was a struggle!

yeah, drivers side does have 2, but they arent in the handle, they are on the door bin.

so it comes with three switches 2 drivers 1 passenger also all the pockets to put them in

corsasrus

wrong, the driver side has two switches one for the o/s and one for the n/s.The same setup you get in the Corsa with them fitted.

By the look of it then its different to the standard corsa setup, and so if you were sitting in the drivers seat and you wanted to open the passenger window, youd have to lean over and operate it from that side.

you only need the passengers side door handle, on the drivers side the switches go on the door bin, plus there are 3 of them, its the leccy mirror switch which goes in the drivers door handle.

... Surely if the kits include all the bits you need, these wires will be included though.

:boggle:

They are easy to fit so long you have the wiring to go inside your car - ie the lives and earths etc running to your doors. If you do have the hardest part is probably removing and fitting the window regulators and pop-riviting in the new ones.

If you don't have the internal car wiring - believe me its a blooming nightmare to fit.

Easiest way to check is to look in the multiplug in the door hinge and see if you have any spare wires that clearly aren't used. Plug unscrews to open.
