It is an unsatisfactory reply. I'd have been looking in to it first and writing later. That letter should say 'I'm writing again next week to tell you how far I kicked his ass', not 'I'll speak to him and might do'.

Seems a bit of a weak reply on there behalf really!!!!

Thats an appalling (Sp?) attempt, bet they don't send out half assed letters like that when its a family or old couple that make a complaint! I'd write back asking for an apology from the members of staff concerned and make a mention that ours is (apparently) an equal opportunities society so no form of discrimination should be tolerated ;)

Dear Ms Bates & Mr Brattan

Thank you for your letter dated 12 September which obviously I was very disappointed to recieve. I will be making further investigations and speaking to the member of staff concerned to hear his comments.

Billing Aquadome does promote itself as a family park and our gate staff have a difficult job at times enforcing our policy of "no all female or male parties". I appreciate yours was a mixed party and I am very sorry you felt you were treated unfairly.

Please be assured that I will be looking into this matter and in the meantime I hope you will accept my apologies on belaf of Billing Aquadome for any disprution caused to you and your friends' weekend.
