I have no issue with cyclists using the roads but when it's a safer, less busy option to use the cycle lane yet they choose to cause congestion on the roads then it does come across as being somewhat discourteous. Just to add, I'm not necessarily talking about when the council put some lines down a foot from the kerb and call it a cycle lane, I'm on about when the cycle lane is separated from the road as it appears to be in the video.
