Originally posted by andy1868 Well that's bravo two zero polished off after reading this thread  What to read now though? I do love the true military ones!
There's a book called "The Real Bravo Two Zero" by Michael Asher. It tells what is supposed to be the real story of what happened, as there is widespread belief that McNab and Ryan etc dramatised it alot! Asher goes back out to Iraq and speaks to locals etc. Well worth a read! Also "Soldier Five" by Mike Coburn one of the Bravo Two Zero guys. Sabre Squadron by Cameron Spence "Tornado Down" by John Peters and John Nicol (not sure if you are old enough to remember that event?) "Fire Strike 7/9" by Paul Bomber Grahame "Born Fearless" by Big Phil Campion "Immediate Action" by Andy McNab (story of his early army career and getting into SAS) [Edited on 14-06-2012 by Ben J]
