EDF's are not for beginers lol! Look at what happened to my first one :D
Originally posted by 3CorsaMeal why no like helicopters? i really want one, but not sure i want to spend the money on one
Proper collective pitch stuff is really, really hard to fly and really expensive to fix :( You can get coaxil (twin blade) helicopters that are a doddle to fly but its so easy its not fun.. The more money you spend the easier they are to fly but obviously the more money you spend the more it costs to fix WHEN you smash it to bits. If you land a plane little heavy you might break the prop or rip off the wheels, maybe need some glue! you land a helicopter heavy and the blades even brush against the ground it will smash its self to bits and you're looking at shelling out £100 or so.
