Your not supposed to cook on flames anyways. So by the time the coals are good to go the petrol/White spirit/thinners/that stuff in an old jamjar in the shed that smells a bit lethal remnants will be gone | |

Yes to start it but give it a good 15mins before you stick any food on there otherwise you'll fuck it right up!! | |

I drink turps when I'm low on beer/money. Can't see it being a problem as you will have burnt off all the bad stuff and you don't put food direct on the coals anyway. | |
