If you top up £10 any O2 store will give you a 'free sim'. No medical is needed and no salesman will call.

You don't need to register Orange sims. They would like you to but it's not compulsary

Register it to your phone would be required. I dont think they ask for your name etc though. They never 4 years ago anyway.
