Always found halfords tents to be a massive false economy. My cheapy one leaked like an absoloute siv when i went to the IOM.

aye! i was in a local army surplus store last week and they had some legendary ex army tents in there, something like £100 for 16-20 man tents. And they've been thrown out by the army, so you know they're good :o

What you need is a 16 man tent.

i have the 4 man too, its abit of a beast! nice and roomy with a decent porch as said, i couldn't work out how to get the fucker up the first time, so might be worth a cheeky test run before you go will :thumbs:

yeah, sleeping area is decent size and then it has pretty big porch area where plenty of people can sit
