[/quote] yes, but thats the cruical point. the plane is travelling at a speed, therefore there is airflow over the wings, therefore as it accelerates up to a speed, the lift will be enough to make the plane take off, while at the same time the wheels are going like the clappers as they are travelling at twice the speed of the plane...
