	Yeah u should be able to arguie that you paid over the odds and for an out of date piece of equipment... try it :) kick up a massive fuss too!

	no the ipod photo does not have the hardware capability to play back video, whatever the video format is, which will probably be MP4 of sorts, or some kind of QT file. so no shes stuck with the boggo photo/music capability im afraid

	I know the screen size is different, but is there any software / updates you can buy for the old ipod with colour screen / album ... to make it do what this brand new ipod does (i.e. video?) I feel gutted for my sister. It's her birthday today so my mum bought her a new ipod 60 gb about a week ago, so it was here ready for her b-day.
