by law if you want to return it they have to take it back as long as its unopened | |

no the ipod photo does not have the hardware capability to play back video, whatever the video format is, which will probably be MP4 of sorts, or some kind of QT file. so no shes stuck with the boggo photo/music capability im afraid | |

I know the screen size is different, but is there any software / updates you can buy for the old ipod with colour screen / album ... to make it do what this brand new ipod does (i.e. video?) |
