Anyone else having the same prob? Well here is the answer:

Did all the check boxes that it said do but still was being a pain in the arse so did the regisry hack :D

How do i stop this from logging in when ever i ope Outlook Express. I've click the option in Outlook not to auto login but once messenger opens with Outlook it logs in anyway.

I use MSN so why would i wanna use Windows Messenger! Piss Off!
