If there is a problem with the software on the phone they have to re-flash the software back to its original to fix it. Your photos aren't part of the Std software

lol what phone was it?

my nokia 6600 broke and when i got it fixed, they deleted all my videos and pictures, shit loads of stuff on there that will never get chance to take again.

my phone broke the other day so i sent it back to be repaired to find that they have deleted all my videos. i know they are only videos but i had one of my mate doin about 125mph in his nova SRI wil never get that again:(:(:(
