You can copy the user settings no problem - but you need to go into advanced settings and tell each account to leave a copy of the message on the server fr 5 days - so therefore each account can receive the same email as the other's - otherwise one user account will receive everything and the other's will receive fuk all:lol:

pretty sure you need to use Outlook , and not Outlook Express.

if you can wait till 2mo ill ask the Outlook guru's at work.

no, u can export the settings, i do it all the time with outlook express, i'm sure u can do it with outlook

Outlook 2003 (from the office package) ! So I gotta copy the settings and type it in 2 further times :mad: D'oh ah well least should work tho right?

So if the email was accepted in one account adn replied too, the other accounts would see the history etc

Right trying to help someone! Got 3 User accounts on Windows XP, wants them all to view the same Outlook account/emails... Its currently only setup on one local xp account, can you copy the settings for outlook??

Need to try and sort it by tomoz :) So any serious help or links welcome :thumbs:
