And weird he is talking about UFO's. I see no evidence of anything flying. If anything he means a USO. But still, tbh I can't see an object, just light.

Could be coming from above? Looks to be very focused and precise light for something submerged. Unless the sea was that calm.

It's an interesting report into red and orange lights beneath the ocean by a pilot flying overhead.
