Richies Dad built his 9 bedroomed massive house for 100k, 60k would build you a 3 bed detached.

ikea is brilliant, i dragged our lad and his housemates round last week and got loads of house accesseries they deemed unneccessary,aswell as a new bed,and i even think they had a good time. Funnily enough they'd never thought of having bins or lampshades in any other room but the kitchen :rolleyes:
