ok downloaded StyleXP and it's all working :thumbs:

no idea what happened to the original luna.msstyles / Luna.theme files

check if you graphics card is running. likely if the grapics have gone a bit crappish.

yup your themes are feked, umm there aint really any way to fix it other than doing a repair process if you have the XP cd, or just a complete system restore!

mind... you could download StyleXP & use that!

Just switched on my computer (running windows xp home), and the task bar and windows are all in 98 style, all grey and horrible :mad:

I've right clicked on desktop and chose 'Windows XP' under 'Themes' but it's still the same. I am running a firewall and virus scanner, and there are no viruses found...

Is the 'Windows XP' theme file corrupted? If so how can I replace it
