i dont think its fuel leak, it is like the exhaust fumes just smell well petrolly, which makes me think the air/fuel mixture isnt right..

sounds like petrol leaks to me. I just put petrol in my car last weekend and it seems to be using a little more fuel. Cant decide whether its cos i have added yet another cold air feed to my BFO or cos or the drop in temperatures in the weather

i have done the same and had no problems with it. Apart from i taped the end of the tube up but air was being sucked in so my car juddered when cold. Just make sure it is sealed up

yup, 1.2 8v, and it fastens on to that round airflow thing with the arm on it that controls the flap for hot and cold air

at the moment i have taken the red tube out of the airflow meter bit and put a screw in the end of it. is this ok or do i have to have the airflow meter on too and just have it connected to the end of the tube? |
