It would do the job... but don't expect anything brilliant from it.

I personally would get a JL Audio W0 '12 instead...

cheers lads. Think I might just go for the 200 quid one for now. See how I get on with that first and look to upgrade once I get a rise lol.

yea it will give ya some bass, might vibrate ya car a little...but it isnt gonna shake your car to shit or vibrate ya chest or anything.
Although as a first sub/amp, there isnt anything worng with it :) Although if you want more power, you will be looking at 400 quid+. If you after something that will give you ear/head aches and shake the craps outta your car, look at spending 800 quid+ :)

Right ok thanks. When you say powerful austin do you mean "vibrate your chest" sorta bass?? If so what sorta price range would I be looking at to achive it??

Not gonna be powerful, but will enhance the bass quite a bit and is a great VFM deal.

What you rekon of this for my first sub?? Good value for money or would you recomend anything for the price. Dont really want to spend anymore at the moment.
