if you mean you're making a cylindrical sub box the best way to do that is loadsa mdf rings ontop of each other.

just the sides needs fibreglass or resin

what do yo mean by moulded sides mate? like, have it so the box sits flush into the side on the boot?

and that resin in a tin with some hardener and paint it on?

then put fibreglass mat on attach it?? how
then paint on the resin+hardener

resin is about 4 quid and the matting is about 50p

get mine from the local motor factors, its piss cheap.

not got the link here, but a company called ABL-Stevens.

Material(t-shirt) is easier, but fibreglass mat is stronger.

thats if ur using it for ICE, why do you need it, and i can then advise you a little better.

which is easyer
and more importantly STRONGER

and where do i get lots of it for little money
