corb, any offers on infinity 6500s? comps?im looking for a set lol,cos halfords is my only local ice dealer in this small town and the infinity 6x9 are now £50, tag came on today lol

Personally im unsure,

i have never really listened to JBL gear,

Top brands for you to look out for are focal, diamon, jl etc etc,

the main factor on you is the price.

Remember, goog branded speakers or expensive ones, dont always mean good sound,

You need to enclose the speakers the right way and also use sound deadenin,

Lastly you really should think about buying some sort of amp to power your fronts if you intend to not have rears and just have a few subs

You probably know what im gonna say heehe.
