is that the same as a pipe running from the front of the car and blowing air onto the cone. i have one of these but it dont really work effectivley. the cone still gets a lot of engine heat | |

heat shield not really required. what I would fit is an air circulation structure. this would force the cold air all around the filter. | |

Yeah, as i was setting off at traffic lights my car would feel like i was going 2 stall and it stopped this happening. Got a decent cold air feed now and it works well | |

alu sheeting cost £10 from b+q. and some 18mm mdf. | |

anyone got any pics of their engie bay with a heat sheild around the induction kit. i wanna do it on mine but aint sure where u put the stuff and how it fixes in. cheers folks :thumbs: |
