Foned up a tyre place just now, and they reckon if i take the car down later on this afternoon, they can do it for me.

£15 a wheel saves me messing around. Only need to get one done for now anyway.

Mike has a quite good solution, you could also do what i just done, you can get an extension bar for a ratchet one end attaches to the ratchet the other is square, drill the raised bit of your nut thats on the car so you drill loads of small holes to form squareish area that is in recess, get a lump hammer and hammer the extension bar into this recess, the nut will be quite soft so the extension bar will wedge in, bang it in about 7-9mm then use the ratchet to undo it like you normally would if that makes sence

i'm thinking a multi hex. sommat with loadsa retractable legs that will go into the holes, which can then be turned and undo the bolt.

anyone know if u can get summat like this??

You could drill where the old legs were, and put dowel in the holes.

here you go, sorry for blurryness, taken it with fone just now.....

The one on the left is the key with the 2 broken legs, and on the right is the bolt, with the holes in it.

Dunno about the key mate i would think 1-2 weeks!!!, a tyre place will charge silly money i am sure, my car went into a bodyshop and i said how much extra to get me wheels off as they are stuck and they said a minimum £80 but more like £120-130, take ya time and doit your self.
If i knew what the nut looked like i could tell ya the best way to get it off as this always happens to me!!!!

Cheers mate.

i really cant b bothered going and putting old pads back on, coz the old ones were dangerously low and in poor condition. oh and they are in the bin.

What will a tyre place do when i take my car to em to sort it?

Also how long do u reckon it wud take a dealer to order in a replacement key?

i have just finished removing 2 locking wheel nuts with no key i lost mine, what ya wanna do is get an old socket and hammer it on the nut and undo it, if not drill it out, bodyshops normally, make a heat shield and weld a rod on the end of the nut then undo them but high risk of damaging the wheels,
Put ya old pads back on and deal with it later

The idiots who last did the front wheels up on my peugeot did it up extra extra tight (with an air gun it seems), BUT EVEN THE LOCKING WHEEL NUT.

Today i went to undo my front right hand wheel to replace the pads, and whilst undoing the locking wheel nut, the legs on the key broke. Well 2 of them have.

Now this wudnt be a problem, but i have changed the pads on the passenger side, and have been unable to yet get to the driver's side pads, and so the car is UNDRIVEABLE

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO????? IS THERE A TOOL THAT CAN UNDO EM?

My first plan of action is to call peugeot and see how long it will take to get a replacement key (i have the code), but i need to use the car on 2moz + tues!!
