Probably it's hitting his engine bay.

You could put bits of foam where it contacts.

it's always worth a go :) at least then, u can say I made it myself :D

gotta make mods to my dynatwist kit.... in that ever elusive quest to get rid of that knocking noise :(

are u lookin to make some sort of enclosed area? wouldnt something like this usin the original airbox be a good idea and would look better than an tin of sorts?

Do you guys have Milo in the mother country? Malty chocolate milk stuff. That'd be perfect size for a K&N pod, I'd guess. :) Otherwise, just a chocolate milk powder tin. :)

I am thinking of finding something like a paint tin, but something nice and clean that is the same diameter as my K&N cone.

The idea is to fix it to the cone and cut a hole in the bottom to run ducting into.

Then maybe wrap foam all round the whole thing to insulate. (it won't melt because PiperX foan doesn't melt!)

Question is can i find a suitable tin, contianer etc....... :)

Or should i just leave the BFO on it?

What do you recon?
