I used the clips when i put mine on, it took me bloody ages.

been on about a year and now coming off to make way for some steinmetz ones :)

looks good matey- I got rear chunk fitted on clips, just gotta line n fit the long bit and thats one side done :) then I gotta hold tight till gsi front goes on :(

mine are boneded on and the rear bits riveted to the car nice snug fit with no gaps.

Lee mitchell rivitted his old skirts on and from what he told me they were a bitch to line up and they did not sit too flush with the car as most GSi's have a slight gap along the skirt. hope this helps

should be a gap of about 1mm on the side skirts & door sills

ive managed to fit the rear sections easily, lining them up with the arch and underbody,going to screw the clips on tonite and then line up the front sections im thinking, the tricky bit is they use 2 levels of clips, whereas novas didnt really, and I dunno if the skirts are to sit flush with the door bottoms or not, so you cannot see the lower sill in between skirt n door now

u should use the clips but this means drilling & aligning them properly, if i was u i would u something like gripfill or no nails, make sure its not watersolable though or they will fall off in the wet.

Alrite dudes, phase one of the sxi appearance is on the way- Im fittin gsi skirts n arches, I have all parts, and arches are already on, anyone know a gud way to fit the skirts??? aint as easy as nova ones:(
