and-m,
if you are still going to the rr day you can have a go of my Gsi to see what they are like i will have the front end all done by then. Every bush will be poly.
You should of said on sunday and you could of had ago then .

how do u lot get bushes fitted because i was told you need a special machine to fit them, and where did you get it done

They can be a pain to fit, you need to butcher/press out your old ones.

I honestly didn't notice the poly bushes to be that harsh; firm yes, harsh no. I run Bilstein sprintline shocks, custom 190lb springs at front and Eibach springs at the rear. But than I have a rollcage, which spreads the load out, so I don't know how this setup would work on a standard Corsa

What is your suspension setup Andy?
My mechanic is always telling me to not fit the Poly bushes because they're very harsh, and I have Eibach springs plus Koni yellows (awful ride!!), so I don't want a rock solid suspension:mad:

It destroyed my balljoints! (I mean the Portuguese roads:lol:

Got a complete set of Polysport bushes from Rally Design. About half the price of Powerflex.

I use them and they a bit firmer and more positive - definitely not harsh

If the old ones aint shagged I wouldn't bother.

I've got the tca, tie bar and rear beam ones.

best off using new standard ones, they will increase vibrations a fair bit.
