its out of a P reg sport so it dont have power steering. it dont matter anyway, my mate is running a c16xe using electric power steering, just didnt wire up the hydraulic pump or summat

what about power steering? It's electric in 1.2 and hydroulic in 1.4 i believe.

thats wot i wanted to hear. dont fancy cutting my loom 2 bits cos i aint an electrician n know i wud fuck summat up leaving me with nothing

speak to lee mitchell/beardy about this but im sure its a plug in and play with the loom

it aint really the engine mounting that im worried about, its the wiring up of the engine. calidus has just fitted a c16xe into his SXi and he had 2 cut up all the looms n it took well over a week to do

soory, it the mount on the front left hand side of the engine bay, not sure excaltly whats involved though

well it comes wiv loom, gearbox, ecu and engine. wud i be able to get the mount from a scrapyard??

need the loom and ecu of the 1.4 as well as the rear engine mount from the 1.4

how much fun will there to be had in doing this? as in will it be mostly plug and play or will there be the need for basically a whole new loom like calidus??
