They say 3bhp but I don't believe it:(
My Group A exhaust was supposed to give +2bhp but the RR said I gained 0 Bhp.
In an original engine mate the head gasket to the runners and exhaust ports and fit a plate between the runner of cylinder 1 and 4, the result is the same:thumbs:

hi, i also have a 1.6 sport, where can i get the janspeed manifold from? and what r the power gains?

Yeah pretty much.
It's to much hassle to keep changing it over each time as far as im concerned.
There is also the risk of on the spot fines if your caught without it. :!

cheers guys why do you recon a sports cat over a pipe? just purely for mot?

For a start I wouldn't reccomend a CAT replacement pipe.
Go for a sports CAT from Janspeed, this will give you less problems at MOT time.
As far as exhausts go Scorpion and Magnex are among the best for Vauxhalls.
Id also suggest replacing the manifold at the same time, you can get a Janspeed one for £175 and it will save you doing it later.

what you guys reccomend for 1.6 16v sport?
want a full system including cat replacement pipe. any ideas?
