Sweet, Seems like i got a good deal there then.
Id get suspension done first before wheels because itll look like a tractor otherwise:)

Hopefully the bilsteins will lower a true 40mm rather than my old Apex springs, and the handling will be far superior

I'd say £78 was a damn bargin,
I've known people pay about £90 to have lowering springs fitted.
If you were to do it yourself doesn't a spring compressor cost about £30 anyway.

yeah suspension, there is nothing worse that an unlowered corsa on 17's although it seems like that on my GSI with the new Apex suspension, bloody apex dont lower any where near the amount they quote

Would you do suspension first or 17's?

I would say that was a pretty good quote mate, i would still fit them yourself then get the tracking done for £20 saving a bit of cash its an easy job i changed the whole suspension on my GSI about 2 weeks ago + disks + seats + Drums etc get stuck in its so much better to be able to say you did it yourself
