I don't think he's tested it, he's just taking the word of the seller i think. I'm just trying to see whether its the clock itsself, or something else, cos if its the clock i can replace it for him | |

Wrong size tyres wouldn't show a 10 MPH difference. Has your mate actually compared the speedo alongside another car, or is he just taking the sellers word that its out? | |

The car is standard, it might have the wrong size tyres on the steelies, but i doubt it. | |

if this is the case its because either he has the wrong size tyres on his alloys or he has white dials and not put the needles on properly. | |

My mate who's just got a P Reg corsa has been told by the person who he bought it off that the speedo is reading roughly 10Mph less when he's travelling at around 30 - 40Mph. |
