head work about 400 quid ???????? maybe..gains not much..a few bhp

If you are goin to spend all this money drop a 2.0 litre in...For about 1.5k fitted.

Thats the problem after the decat manifold a torque tube most other worth while engine mods cost just as much as goin out and buyin a car thats allready prety fast without any work! how much would it cost to get head work done?? wot gains???

depends what u want...cams and chip..

Or go all out for throttle bodies..But looking at a few grand...

zorst and decat 5bhp
manifold 3-4 bhp
velso 15 bhp...

Ive got a magnex cat bak exhaust and a drilled air box with replacement filter, im gna put a de-cat, exhaust manifold and a velos torque tube on. after a session on a rolling road what should i be looking at by way of bhp? also after this what should i get done?? unichip?
