how about the cheaper velos torqtube? should be good gains too but less £...

and absolutely get the inlet manifold first, then cams+others, cos inlet will make the best gains...

LOOK MATE do not buy cams for your car yet they are not worth it as they dont work very well the the standard management your first mods should be a decent exhaust system and air filter then a lexmaul/mantzel/dbilas manifold as these engines have restrictive inlet manifolds, then get a janspeed exhaust manifold and then uprate the management with a unichip then if u feel the need get some cams

on a 1.4 16v with all the above without cams u should see a good 120bhp

thats 15 from an inlet manifold
5 from a exhaust manifold
4 from unichip
4 from ur exhaust
1 from air filter

these are all estimates an may vary

In the UK, courtenay or PMC.
In my car with the addition of a superchip, it gave 25 bhp more and 5 nm of torque.
you should have to increase the fuel pressure for this type og result.

im getting a set of cams for my 1.4 16v, but where can i get a dblias or mantzel manifold for beter performence and how much bhp will it giv me boys?
