anyone can fit a inlet manifold, its simple.

Cams are fairly useless on these engines with standard management, especially if you haven't gone the inlet route yet. Velos inlet manifold = about £250 IIRC.

Who would u take the inlet manifold to for fitting? Surely your local garage place couldnt do it :boggle: Do a specialist tuners have to do it?

yeah, get the manifold first and if you are hungry get cams then...

you would gain max with cams 10bhp but with inlet manifold like 20 or so...

is it worth getting for a 1.4 16v? how much bhp would i get from it? do i need any thing else like a manifold before gettin a kent cam kit.:o
