but deadlocks are the main thief deterrant thing. if u dont deadlock its easy for a theif to break in and drive away.

I got the A101 CL alarm for £200 fitted. Had no problems so far, ultrasonics, door sensors on all 6 doors (boot and bonet too) and the remote locking works a treat. No remote deadlocking.

I de-locked using Veccie handles and a ca of spray paint - did it myself. looks great. no deadlocks though, but i don't mind too much.

the central locking kits will work and aren't too difficult to fit, as for de-handling most good bodyshops will do it

I own a L Reg Corsa 1.4 SRI and was told it would be too much hassel to get my car sorted for remote central locking. However i have seen the Remote Central locking kits but do they work and are they hard to fit?? Finally if that was possible to do, i would eventually get my car de-handled but im not too sure how to go about getting that sorted or what kit i would need to do it. If anyone has done this before please let me know how. I live in North East so if anyone can even point me to a local garage who do it that would be great :)

Cheers ........... H
