Steve, the shroud is loose and moves freely I assume, theres nothing else to physically hold it on now the screws are out. Go eat three shredded wheat and have another pop at it.

Steve, on the steering colum shroud (the 2 piece part directly behind the wheel) I assume you have turned the wheel to the left, removed the plasic cap and removed the screw? Then turn the wheel right and do the opposite side. Then take out the screw in the bottom half of the shroud, in the recess underneath, you have done this ..yes?

Right I'm wanting to take my dials out to replace the bulbs but have a slight problem. I have removed every screw from the plastic dial surround and all the screws from the ignition surround. I have taken the bottom half of the ignition surround off but can't get the top half or the actual dial sourround out.
Is there an easy way to get this out cos I don't want to rag it in case I break my indicator or wiper stalks.
