I'm losing power occasionally around 3500 revs, and when the car is cold, the more gas i give it, the slower it goes to an almost hault! Havent a scooby what the problem is. Engine management light is always on. But the fault reader i got wont even bloody tell me the problem!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

i had my boost pipe too the fuel pump come off the other day, lost all my extra power. suprizing the difference a small pipe can make

Thanks ladies, got it back in place :)
However, also found that the pipe above the 2nd E in ecotec is split. :(

That is a vacuum pipe from the fuel pressure regulator, It should connect to the inlet manifold at some point.

looks like a vacuum pipe. look underneath ur filter housing. there should be a connecting point there.

Have had some bother with loss of power n shit recently. So, i had a look around my almight engine ;) and found this pipe not connected to anything at one end.

What is it and where should it go to????
