What a tit I am. Ok here's the rundown of 1.4's:

C14NZ (1.4 8v SPi) - found in LS
C14SE (1.4 8v MPi) - found in GLS and SRi
X14XE (1.4 16v MPi) - found in GLS, some SRi, and Sport

There's an X14SZ too but not too sure what that is. Hope that helps :)
