cheers guys but it was a false alarm . the charger meter reading was on 0 cos the charger had cut out so it doesnt over charge. i tried the battery in the car just to see if it would start and it started first time. the battery was flat cos i had left the iginition on all nite and my radio has one of those flashing displays. lucky really cos my car could have been pinched. Cheers anyway guys-much appreciated | |

Car wouldnt start yesterday. Checked the battery and it was flat. Charged it up fir 14 hous and the needle on the gauge of the charger has not moved. the battery is still dead. I think the plates inside the battery must have bent. |
