I know that's directed at Chris, but I will answer as I have the B. When I was just running just the backbox, it sounded pretty good for a box on it's own. It's fairly deep, tho it gets slightly raspy at high revs. Powerflow fitted mine tho, and it knocks against my rear axle, they've adjusted it 3 times i'm well pissed off, u cant have more than 3 ppl in the car. But I think I was just unlucky.

I've got a Scorpion Monza backbox and a straight through centre section from powerflow. It sounds shit when cold, but gets a bit better when everything is warmed up. It's a bit too loud for my liking tho :)

cange the silencer, don't get rid of it, by raspy i mean like a nova sort of raspy.

powerflow use cherrybomb centre silencers (just not red) and whilst people slate them, if it's in the centre you can't see it and it gives you a fairly loud and deep exhaust note as long as you have a decent backbox

how would it cost to remove the middle silencer on my exhaust for a straight pipe. i have heard that it would make my exhaust sound louder. Is it worth doing it or not considering i only have a 1.2 8v. any advice is greatly appreciated:)
