the only real difference between mantzel and velos is what its made from. The Mantzel power box is cast aluminium the velos looks like fabricated sheet metal any one got and pics or a web site for velos

Drivability is not compromised in anyway with the mantzel/velos ones.

i have a lexmaul one, see pic to left, an im well happy with it, its ment to be the best for drivability, i wanted this even tho the others, like velos, give more power they u gain max power with these with a chip, im sure mine would benifit from a chip loads too but prob not as much, corsa120, u still want a hand with fittin?

I'd rate the Velos Torq Tube, I use this on my GSi - cheapest option and does the same as the others.

Dblias (spelling) now do a kit its cheaper than the mantzel one just and is a real nice bit of kit you get a nice cam cover with that, the manzel cam cover is extra and expensive, mantzel you get from courteney sport, dblias you get from regal autosport

velos are good but look cheap, mantzel are expensive but are one or the original manufacturers of these and they look good (I got one), Lexmal are a little different they use a ram effect to gain horses and keep the original inlet tract, its the inlet tract that is the restriction, the other 2 take this away completely

I have heard turbo conversions with one of the inlet manifolds ie Mantzel, velos work really well together

Velos is best for the money. The standard inlet manifolds aren't restricted at low rpm.

With just a new inlet manifold, that's where all the power is - above 5000rpm. Your right by saying that you have to drive harder, but it can be a laugh to see other people scrambling to change gear as you keep on going:D

im buying a lexmaul inlet manifold but are there any better ones available or is the lexmaul one as good as the rest????? as lexmaul gives power at 4500rpm an above lookin really for power 3500-5000rpm midrange cos otherwise ur thrashing it all the time for that ££££ u spent |
